Job summary

VENTEON & HARVARD RESOURCE SOLUTIONS in Troy, MI is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager to provide oversight of the full accounting cycle across multiple divisions. The role involves month-end close, reporting, GL control, and coordination with divisional accountants and Corporate North America.

Candidates should have a degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, supervisory ability, and proficiency with Excel and SAP S4Hana, HFM

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with full cycle accounting; FX and multi-currency a plus.
• Supervisory capability and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Supervise 2-3 Accountants; act as financial liaison.
• Review journal entries and ensure GL accuracy.
• Prepare variances and financial analyses across divisions.
• Manage tax accounting for multiple divisions.
