You will lead or support month-end closes, prepare reconciliations, and collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements while delivering accurate financial analyses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience leading month-end close and reconciliations
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred

Responsibilities

• Support or lead month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Prepare and review account reconciliations
• Assist with audit readiness and auditor requests
• Prepare and review financial reporting and analyses
• Execute accounting clean-up and remediation efforts
• Drive process improvement and documentation initiatives
• Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams
