Job summary

Trinidad Benham is seeking a full-time Packaging Operations teammate in LaGrange, GA to set up and run the production line, ensuring products meet quality specifications. You will adjust and troubleshoot machines, perform hourly quality checks, and document results on inspection reports while maintaining GMP and line cleanliness.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for long shifts, and handle mandrel changes, with weekly pay and employee-owned benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long hours and walk up/down stairs.
• Able to remove and replace mandrels.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the line to produce product per quality specs.
• Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain quality.
• Perform hourly quality checks and record results.
• Address jams and machine issues with maintenance when needed.
• Maintain GMP standards and keep line clean.
