Job summary

Trinidad Benham Corporation in LaGrange, GA is seeking a dependable 1st Shift Packer to ensure accurate packaging of finished goods onto pallets. This full-time role runs Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm and requires physical fitness to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive packing tasks.

You will maintain line readiness, perform quality checks, and assist with line changes while upholding GMP cleanliness and organization. Prior packing/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing/packing environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow GMP standards and safety procedures.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep finished goods packed and stacked to avoid stopping production.
• Check for bad finished goods and inform maintenance/quality if excessive.
• Perform brand and size changes efficiently.
• Inspect finished goods for quality.

Skills

Lift up to 35 lbs

Stamina for long shifts (10–12 hours)

Manufacturing experience (3–5 years)
