Job summary

AssureSoft Corporation seeks a motivated professional to design, develop, and deploy laboratory interfaces for EMR/EHR systems. You will build HL7 and JSON integrations, maintain SFTP connectivity, and collaborate with third-party vendors to clarify specifications and interface functionality.

The role requires 1–2 years in interface development, HL7 experience or certification, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant experience building, testing, and deploying interfaces for EMR/EHR systems or other SaaS products.
1+ year of HL7 experience or an HL7 certification.
1+ year of laboratory operations knowledge.
1–2 years of experience with SFTP clients.
Experience with Zendesk, ServiceNow, or a similar ticketing system.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software and workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, document, test, modify, and deploy laboratory interfaces.
Build and maintain HL7 and JSON integrations and SFTP connectivity.
Work with third-party vendors to clarify system specifications and interface functionality.
Investigate errors during interface development and testing, and support clients after deployment.
Assist with the design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of program features.
Audit integrations, document findings, and provide quality assurance feedback.
Respond to support requests from laboratory partners and facilities, and conduct interface training when requested.
