Job summary

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions in the United States seeks a director-level interface development lead to guide a small team, hire, review performance, and set technical direction for healthcare integrations.

You will own the design, build, and support of HL7 v2.x and FHIR-based integrations, including SMART on FHIR app authorization flows, connecting practices, labs, EMRs, and partners across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of .NET/C# development experience.
• 2+ years in a team lead or people-management role with direct reports.
• Hands-on HL7 v2.x messaging experience and clinical data exchange.
• Experience with FHIR and SMART on FHIR implementations.
• Experience delivering software in healthcare or a regulated industry.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of .NET/C# development experience.
• 2+ years in a team lead, tech lead, or people-management capacity with direct reports.
• Direct, hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x messaging and clinical data exchange, and with FHIR and SMART on FHIR.
• Experience delivering software in a healthcare or other regulated industry.
