Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to provide overall engineering execution leadership on small-sized projects or for a specific area on medium to large projects. This role is responsible for the performance of the engineering team and the successful execution of all engineering work on the project. The role also involves leading the development and implementation of the execution strategy, overseeing the development and enforcement of engineering budget, schedule, and quality, and promoting Fluor’s competitiveness by delivering high-quality services of unmatched value and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overall accountability for the performance of the engineering team and engineering execution as per the project baseline. Responsible for engineering management on small low-risk EPFC/CM projects or services projects, including coordination of design activities.
2. Support interfaces between engineering disciplines by understanding work processes and identifying critical activities to support the execution strategy.
3. Foster a positive project culture in collaboration with the Project Manager.
4. Review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and baseline documents across all project phases.
5. Lead or support the development of the Project Execution Strategy for all engineering functions.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
