HST Pathways is seeking an Interface Analyst to join our fully remote interoperability team. You will install, test, and support interfaces for surgery centers and partners, collaborating with internal and client IT teams to ensure seamless data exchange.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in IT, knowledge of HL7, APIs, databases, and SQL, and experience with healthcare data engines such as Mirth. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Competenze

• 2-3 years’ work experience in information technology, computer systems, computer science or related field.
• Working knowledge of interface/integration technology concepts (e.g., HL7, APIs, databases, client-server, querying software, and communications protocols).
• Some experience with SQL preferred.
• Experience with Mirth and/or other healthcare data engines a plus.

Responsibilities

• As part of the interoperability department, works to establish interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners. Interfaces are critical to client success with the HST platform and are implemented alongside a core HST product or post-implementation of our core products. Must be able to follow project plans and gain an understanding of business and information technology. Quality Assurance testing and application function verification may also be necessary when appropriate.

• Proactively coordinate with internal teams, client IT teams, and HST vendors to obtain configuration information, coordinate and test interface installs.
• Identify areas of improvement to streamline interface implementations.

Qualifications

Key Technical Knowledge and Skills

• 2-3 years’ work experience in information technology, computer systems, computer science or related field
• Working knowledge of interface/integration technology concepts (e.g., HL7, APIs, databases, client-server, querying software, and communications protocols)
• Some experience with SQL preferred
• Experience with Mirth and/or other healthcare data engines a plus
