Job summary

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, is seeking an Interdisciplinary (Engineer/Architect) GS-08XX-13 under Direct Hire Authority to recruit for the competitive service in Tulsa, Oklahoma, supporting Military and Civil Works Programs.

• Specialized experience in administering construction contracts by reviewing plans and specifications for compliance.
• Experience monitoring construction projects for safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day contract administration for the Resident Office.
• Direct work changes and negotiate modifications up to $500,000 as delegated.
• Plan and oversee studies for field changes, including sketches and cost estimates.
