Job summary

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, seeks a senior leader to serve as Chief of the Construction Division within the Southwestern Division area.

You will oversee construction management and contract administration for a broad portfolio, guiding projects and coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within budget. You will advise the SWT Commander on construction policy, manage a distributed staff across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Northern Texas, and maintain relations

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience leading a multi-disciplinary team in a large construction program.
• Developing resource plans, budgets, and schedules for a large-scale construction program.
• Serving as a principal advisor on construction-related matters to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Chief of Construction Division for the Tulsa District and SWT boundary projects.
• Advise the SWT Commander on construction-related matters.
• Maintain contacts with contractors, officials, and stakeholders on the SWT construction program.
• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate the division's operations.
• Oversee all construction management and contract administration activities.
• Manage subordinate staff across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Northern Texas.
