The Louisville District is recruiting for a Project Engineer or Architect, GS Series 08XX to serve as project or program manager to manage all phases of complex Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracts for the Engineering Management Branch of the Engineering Division, located in the Louisville District Office, Louisville, KY.
Major Duties:
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD, Section 9905 to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

(GS-12): Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes advising on cost estimating, construction engineering and scheduling; estimating costs and schedule for the programming, budgeting, and contract award of multi-contract projects; and performing quality assurance reviews on cost estimating and scheduling aspects of projects
