Job summary

New Leaf Energy, Inc. is seeking an Interconnection Project Manager (Utility-Scale) to lead the performance of our utility-scale interconnection portfolio across multiple markets.

You will coordinate efforts between Engineering, Project Finance, Accounting, and Operations and build relationships with stakeholders in CAISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, PJM, TVA, MISO, and SPP. The role requires strong organizational skills, 4+ years in energy/utility, and proficiency with Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 4+ years of energy/utility project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Policy, Finance, Business, Environmental Science, or PM preferred).
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Smartsheet/Microsoft Project; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interconnection portfolio management across multiple ISOs.
• Coordinate interconnection activities between Engineering, Finance, Accounting and Operations.
• Develop and maintain ISO/region-specific PM infrastructure.
• Track key performance metrics and manage critical paths.
• Engage with ISO contacts and policy discussions.
• Onboard and manage third-party consultants.
• Support market participation strategy and strategic planning.
