Job summary

New Leaf Energy seeks an Interconnection Project Manager (DG) to coordinate interconnection efforts across Engineering, Project Finance, Accounting and Operations, translating utility feedback into action. You will lead utility interactions, manage due diligence, and build region-specific PM infrastructure while guiding cross-functional teams through the interconnection lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Policy, Finance, Business, Environmental Science, or Project Management.
• 4+ years of relevant energy or utility project experience.
• Strong project management, reporting, and technical skills in project tools.

Responsibilities

• Represent New Leaf as the primary contact for utility communications.
• Lead interconnection due diligence and market-entry research.
• Create and maintain PM infrastructure, trackers, reports.
• Own the interconnection lifecycle and communicate risks to cross-functional teams.
• Monitor utility performance and negotiate positive outcomes.
• Coordinate signatures, payments, and submittal packages.
• Serve as SME for interconnection processes.
