Job summary

Copia Power seeks a Manager, Interconnection to lead generation interconnection activities for solar, storage, natural gas, and data center projects across the U.S. You will manage interconnection studies, tariff compliance, and negotiations, reporting to the Director of Transmission & Interconnection while coordinating with asset management, legal, and finance teams.

The role requires 6+ years in renewables interconnection, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in renewables interconnection or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with project management software.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage generation interconnection processes for solar, storage, natural gas, and data center projects.
• Coordinate interconnection studies, agreements, and deposits with ISOs/Utilities.
• Lead negotiations of GIA and interconnection agreements.
• Support development and maintenance of interconnection tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Land Acquisition, Engineering, Permitting, EPC, and Operations teams.
