Job summary

Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Interconnection Coordinator to work remotely with occasional travel to client sites in the US. The role supports interconnection activities for large energy projects, coordinating documents, deliverables, and schedules within Oracle Unifier.

The ideal candidate will have experience with PPAs, IAs, interconnection processes, and project controls software. Travel approximately twice per quarter is required, with the opportunity to contribute to multi-site

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting contracts and delivering agreed deliverables.
• Experience with Purchase Power Agreements (PPA).
• Experience with Interconnect Agreements (IA).
• Familiarity with legal terminology.
• Experience using project controls software (Unifier).
• Experience with Unifier for GIA/PPA imports/updates.

Responsibilities

• Review all PPAs and IAs and list deliverables for review.
• Import deliverables into project controls software for tracking.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting of interconnect submittal status and timelines.
• Prepare reports/meetings and follow up on GIA Interconnection Dashboard meetings.
• Serve as SME on Unifier for GIA/PPA task imports/updates.

Type: Temporary Project

Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions

Work Setting: Remote, with travel 2 times per quarter to specific sites or offices in the US

Required:

• Experience with Contract interpretation and management of deliverables.
• Experience with Purchase Power Agreement (PPA).
• Experience with Interconnect Agreements (IA).
• Experience with Legal terminology.
• Experience with Project controls software.
• Experience with Unifier (Oracle project controls) for GIA/PPA agreement task imports/updates.

Preferred:

• Experience in Project management and contract review with emphasis on infrastructure work.

Responsibilities:

• Review all Purchase Power Agreements and Interconnect Agreements and develop list of deliverables for Interconnection Specialist to review.
• Import deliverables into project controls software for action and tracking.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting of interconnect submittal status and critical path to meet PPA and IA dates.
• Prepare reports/meetings and follow-up on GIA Interconnection Dashboard meetings with Transmission Services.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Unifier (Oracle based project controls software) for GIA/PPA agreement task imports/updates.
