Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant - Intercompany in Seattle, WA to lead intercompany accounting processes within our engineering-focused team. You will manage billing, settlements, eliminations, reconciliations, and support audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in intercompany accounting, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and proficiency in Excel. A CPA/CMA/CGA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of intercompany accounting experience, preferably in engineering.
• Proficiency in intercompany processes: billing, settlements, eliminations, reconciliations.
• Experience assisting with audit requests and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all intercompany accounting processes with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee billing, settlements, and eliminations of intercompany transactions.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end intercompany reconciliations and prepare reports.
• Assist with audit requests providing documentation to auditors.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline intercompany processes and improve efficiency.
