You will manage intercompany reconciliations, consolidation reporting, variance analysis, and budget consolidation while collaborating with controllers and finance teams.

The role emphasizes process improvements, mentorship of junior staff, and support for year-end reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in financial reporting or consolidations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and consolidation.
• Experience with consolidated financial statements and audits.
• Familiarity with audit processes and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subsidiary financial data for variances and trends.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation reports.
• Support budget and forecasting consolidation processes.
• Mentor junior staff in consolidation and reporting.
• Collaborate with controllers and business units to resolve issues.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for consolidation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve consolidation processes.
• Assist with year-end reporting and audited statements.
