AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced accounting professional to own intercompany accounting, AR/AP, and reconciliations. You will support the monthly close, prepare financial statements, and manage daily cash activity in a collaborative, operations-connected finance team.

The role offers exposure to ERP initiatives within a global manufacturing context, with a stable environment and opportunities to grow responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with intercompany accounting, reconciliations and month-end close is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort across multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Own key areas of intercompany accounting including AR/AP and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close, financial statements, journal entries, and reporting.
• Manage daily cash activity including wires, ACH payments and cash requirements.
• Support revenue and cost accounting for complex customer projects.
• Partner across audit, tax, expense management and broader accounting initiatives.

WHERE THIS ROLE SITS

• Onsite, 5x a week in Charlotte, NC - between the airport and uptown

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own key areas of intercompany accounting, including AR/AP, expense transfers, and reconciliations
• Support month-end close, financial statements, journal entries, and reporting
• Manage daily cash activity, including wires, ACH payments, and cash requirements
• Support revenue and cost accounting for complex customer projects
• Partner across audit, tax, expense management, and broader accounting initiatives
• Help deliver accurate financial information that supports both day-to-day operations and business decisions

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 3+ years of general accounting experience preferred
• Manufacturing, distribution, or another complex operational environment is a plus
• Experience with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, or cash management
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems
• ERP experience is a plus, but not required
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
