Job summary

Siemens Mobility is offering a rolling stock project management internship based in Sacramento, CA for Summer 2027. The role supports Amtrak Intercity Trainsets project with hands-on PM exposure and collaboration across engineering and materials teams.

You will join a fixed-term, full-time internship that allows you to balance studies and work, with hourly pay between $24 and $28, and eligibility for the company 401K program.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in internal and external meetings for the projects.
• Work with Project Managers and Engineers on design improvements and technical documentation.
• Support implementation and supply of materials for design changes.
• Monitor and document Coach production progress.
• Help track and guide materials supply to the production floor.
• Write field modifications and test procedures.
• Create Tableau and reports that benefit the project.
