Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking an Interagency Agreement Manager to join our Fairfax, VA office with hybrid flexibility. You will manage data-sharing agreements across DoW components and federal partners, guiding requirements through drafting, negotiation, and closeout.

You will collaborate with mission owners, legal counsel, cybersecurity, and records management teams to ensure secure, compliant, and timely data sharing across agencies, while driving complex actions to resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a policy, administration, IT, security, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in interagency coordination, program management, or similar roles.
• Experience drafting and managing government agreements and related documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with DoW components, agencies, and mission partners.
• Lead coordination for interagency data-sharing initiatives and define roles and responsibilities.
• Draft and manage Data Sharing Agreements, Data Use Agreements, and related documents.
• Ensure agreements cover purpose, scope, access, ownership, and release authorities.
• Document data classification, privacy, cybersecurity, records management, and retention needs.
• Coordinate with legal, privacy, cybersecurity, and acquisition stakeholders.
• Work with engineers to develop technical appendices covering data handling.
• Aggregate stakeholder feedback, resolve issues, and document final decisions.
• Navigate government review processes and ensure complete documentation before signature.
• Develop schedules with milestones, reviews, signatures, and renewal dates.
