Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret with SCI within 1 year.
• Experience in e-learning or instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Captivate.
• Understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
• Multimedia design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and online courses.
