Qualifications

• MS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 15 years of modern software development experience with production‑grade code and scalable backend systems.
• Architectural understanding of local‑first AI development, agent observability, LLMs, and ML deployment pipelines.
• Experience translating ambiguous business problems into clear technical blueprints and leading multi‑team projects.
• Experience managing large scale data within hybrid‑cloud environments (Snowflake/BigQuery) with enterprise security.

• Architect interactive AI systems with responsive, local‑first architectures and intuitive user experiences.
• Design observability frameworks for autonomous AI agents with high reliability and transparency.
• Lead by writing production‑ready code and upholding strong architectural standards.
