Project Overview

Purple, Rock, Scissors is seeking an Interaction Designer to support a large tech client on high-impact, AI-driven product experiences.

This role will contribute to a high-priority initiative focused on evolving advertising experiences within AI-powered environments. The work sits at the intersection of emerging technology, user experience, and business strategy, helping shape next-generation commercial discovery.

In this role, the work will be across two key focus areas - 1) Net new conceptual UX and visual design experiences and 2) iterative UI evolutions within existing designed products and frameworks. The designer will partner closely with UX (design, research and writing), Product and Eng teams to define interaction models, explore new AI-driven experiences, and bring concepts to life through polished, production-ready outputs. A strong understanding of AI tooling is necessary for this role.

The team operates in a highly iterative, experimental environment, requiring a designer who can think conceptually, define interaction patterns, and execute across emerging AI surfaces. It is also important to note that this role focuses on the design of elements within a larger ecosystem. It is crucial that this designer be able to design at an elemental level, while being considerate of the whole experience.

Fully Remote role. PST hours required. 6-month contract.
