Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking an Inter-Logistics Operations Manager to coordinate Shipping, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement and Transportation within the region. You will manage the team responsible for tracking shipments, transfer orders, and minimizing logistics costs while maintaining service levels.

You will lead process improvements using Lean Six Sigma, develop KPI metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Travel about 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field is required.
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration across supply chain teams within the region.
• Oversee tracking of shipments and transfer orders across the network.
• Reduce operational exceptions and optimize cost vs. service.
• Lead and develop frontline team members with KPI-focused coaching.
• Travel approximately 20% to support operations and projects.
