Job summary
Niagara Bottling is seeking a System & Warehouse Manager to oversee WMS functionality and guide continuous improvement across warehouse operations. You will apply IT and logistics expertise to optimize inventory, shipping, receiving, and safety while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
The role requires strong experience with WMS, warehouse operations, and IT systems management, plus leadership to drive efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced bottling environment.
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience managing a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- 6+ years experience in warehouse or logistics field
- 4+ years experience managing IT systems (may include mix of work experience and education)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the WMS configuration and enhancements
- Lead warehouse operations including training, shipping, receiving, inventory and safety
- Coordinate site/network IT support and system changes
- Serve as site lead for system implementations and modifications
- Manage month-end inventory and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Establish and enforce safe operational procedures and labor scheduling to meet goals
