Responsibilities

• Direct care and skill-building to support daily living and emotional regulation.
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation during mental health crises.
• Maintain awake, proactive supervision following safety protocols.
• Assist with community outings, appointments, and safe transportation.
• Document logs, incident reports, and goal-tracking notes in HIPAA/state-regulated formats.
• Collaborate with supervisors and healthcare providers to ensure seamless client care.
