Job summary

Oceans Behavioral Hospital Abilene is seeking an experienced Intensive Outpatient Program therapist to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide assessments, individual, family and group therapy, and contribute to treatment planning and discharge planning to support adolescents, adults and seniors.

Educational requirements include CSW/LMSW/LCSW, LMFT, LPC or psychologist credentials; 0–1 year post-graduate clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold CSW/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LPC-A (TX Only) or Psychologist.
• 0 to 1 year post-graduate experience in clinical practice.
• Ability to provide age-appropriate care across adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services per standards of practice.
• Plan and conduct group therapy as assigned.
• Prepare Multidisciplinary Treatment Plans under physician supervision.
• Perform case management and discharge planning.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and integrate reports.
