Job summary

Oceans Behavioral Hospital is seeking a qualified Intensive Outpatient Program therapist to provide direct clinical services, assessments, treatment planning and discharge planning. You will deliver individual, family and group therapy to support patient progress in treatment and may facilitate inpatient support when required.

The role emphasizes ethical patient care, culturally sensitive practice, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Direct clinical services in line with standard social/work practice.
• Plan and conduct group therapy.
• Conduct assessments and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services per standards and physician orders.
• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions.
• Complete Comprehensive Integrated Assessment.
• Develop Multidisciplinary Treatment Plans with input from team.
• Perform case management and discharge planning as assigned.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and summarize progress.
