Qualifications

• Must have Drug and Alcohol Counseling Certification or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in addiction/mental health or related human services work.
• Proficiency with HIPPA, ADA, and DHCS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing and schedule for clinical program and direct patient care under supervision.
• Ensure program objectives, standards, policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversee recruitment, training and supervision of staff and practicum students.
• Collaborate with families and referral sources and act as a community representative.
• Lead interdisciplinary staff meetings to discuss evaluation and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor clinical care and assist with crisis-intervention when required.
