Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible under Tennessee requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and program suitability.
• Perform clinical assessments on new admissions.
• Provide individual and group counseling for recovery.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team to meet client goals.
• Document treatment goals and progress notes.
• Guide clients in skills development and wrap-around supports.
• Provide case management to access resources.
• Assist Clinical Director and Lead Clinicians with tasks.
