Job summary

Freeman Recovery Center, LLC in Tennessee seeks a qualified clinical professional to assess potential clients, provide individual and group counseling, and collaborate with the clinical team to support each client’s recovery and wellbeing.

You will document treatment goals and progress notes, guide clients in building skills, provide case management, and assist the Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• May require CPR, First Aid/AED certification

Responsibilities

• Assess each potential client’s needs, service availability, and appropriateness for FRC programs
• Perform clinical assessments on new admissions
• Provide individual and group counseling, including interventions designed to foster recovery and wellbeing
• Work with the Clinical Team to meet each client’s needs and goals
• Provide documentation for services including treatment goals, progress notes, and other required documentation
• Guide patients in developing skills and wrap-around recovery supports
• Provide case management to help clients access all needed resources
• Assist Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager in operational or administrative tasks

Education

Licensed or license-eligible under Tennessee requirements (LADAC I/II, LMSW, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, etc.)

Job description

Assess each potential client’s needs, service availability, and appropriateness for FRC programs

Perform clinical assessments on new admissions

Provide individual and group counseling, including therapeutic interventions designed to foster each client’s recovery from substance use disorder and overall wellbeing

Work with the Clinical Team to meet the meet each client’s needs and individual goals

Provide the appropriate documentation for services including treatment goals, progress notes, and any other documentation needed

Guide patients in the development of helpful skills and wrap-around recovery services and supports

Provide case management to clients to help them access all needed resources

Assist Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Manager in any operational or administrative tasks

Requirements:

Licensed or license-eligible under the requirements of the State of Tennessee (LADAC II, LADAC I, LMSW, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

May required CPR, First Aid/AED certification
