RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional (QP) Regular position. You will provide support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace, and community settings, using strength-based interventions to promote recovery and independence.

Responsibilities include coordinating with families and agencies, facilitating relationships, and delivering case management as needed.

Formación

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.
• Bachelor's degree (in Human Services field) with 2+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Bachelor's degree (Not Human Services field) with 4+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Master's Degree or Higher with 1+ years full-time experience with population served.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focus is on assisting individuals with living independently with strength-based recovery.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between individuals, family, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence on daily living.
• Supporting skill-building activities (daily living, socialization, adaptation, behavior/anger management).
• Performing Case Management functions and referrals.
