Job summary

ncgCARE in Supply, NC is seeking an experienced behavioral health clinician to join our client-centered treatment team.

You will develop and monitor Person-Centered Plans, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and ensure compliant documentation while collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology, with at least 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Must become NVCI certified; training in population served and client rights/confidentiality required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for medical records.
• Collaborate with care teams to review and achieve Person-Centered Plans.
• Participate in child and family team meetings.
• Adhere to all clinical and regulatory standards and participate in supervision where applicable.
