Job summary

S&H Youth And Adult Services in Sanford, NC is seeking an IIH - Intensive In Home Team Lead to join our clinical team in a full-time role. The position focuses on assessment, planning, and delivering therapeutic services for children and families within the IIH program.

The candidate will coordinate assessments, oversee PCP development, and lead weekly team meetings while offering clinical guidance to team members and collaborating with parents, guardians, and community partners.

Qualifications

• QMHP preferred.
• Clinical license - licensed clinician (LCAS, LPC, and LCSW).
• Minimum 2 years experience in mental/behavioral health, including creating person-centered plans, group therapy, and diagnoses.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and therapy services for children eligible for IIH services and their families.
• Facilitate relationships and act as a link between the company, parents/guardians, local agencies, and the community.
• Provide individual therapy for beneficiaries served by the team.
• Coordinate and oversee initial and ongoing assessment activities.
• Complete initial development and ongoing revision of the PCP and ensure its implementation.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and provide clinical guidance to IIH team members.

• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community
• Provides individual therapy for beneficiaries served by the team
• Coordinating and overseeing the initial and ongoing assessment activities
• Completing the initial development and ongoing revision of the PCP and ensuring its implementation
• Facilitates weekly team meetings and provides clinical expertise and guidance to the IIH members in the team’s interventions with the beneficiary

Qualifications
