You will conduct regular home visits, assist in crisis intervention, and coordinate with community services to support families. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, strong engagement and crisis de-escalation skills, a valid driver's license, and

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with high-risk youth.
• Ability to travel within LA County and beyond; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home visits to assess client needs and provide guidance to families.
• Coordinate with community services, pediatrics and dental care as needed.
• Advocate on behalf of clients with agencies to obtain services.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Represent CII at meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
