Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with children and/or adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in educational or healthcare setting preferred.
• At least one year of experience with individuals with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavioral intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior areas and crisis intervention.
• Assist with personal care activities including bathing, hygiene, meals, dressing, and mobility as needed.
• Implement and collect data for behaviors and goals in the Behavior Support Plan.
