Responsibilities include one-to-one behavior intervention, assisting with daily activities, and data collection under the Behavior Support Plan. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification; prior relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience in educational or healthcare settings preferred.
• At least 1 year working with individuals with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services for individuals with challenges.
• Support daily programs across self-help, communication, social, cognitive and behavior areas.
• Assist with personal care activities as needed and ensure safety.
• Implement and data-collect per the Behavior Support Plan.
