Job summary

Damar Services, Inc. is seeking an Intensive Behavioral Intervention Associate in East Chicago, Indiana.

You will provide direct behavior management services to clients, observe and document behavior plans, and train staff and families to implement interventions. Responsibilities include developing and revising behavior programs, coordinating with parents and teachers, and maintaining comprehensive records.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Minimum age of 21
• Indiana driver's license and eligible driving record
• No felonies or disqualifying criminal convictions
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Background screening satisfactory

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive functional assessment of behavior for clients
• Maintain prescribed productivity level
• Train staff on behavior management plans and approaches
• Implement, coordinate, monitor and revise behavior programs
• Interact professionally with parents, teachers, staff, and other service providers
• Stay current with treatment technologies and regulations
• Provide written monthly reports documenting behavior management services
• Submit documents (behavior plans, monthly notes) timely
