Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma with CADD drafting tech and intelligent modeling training.
• 12+ years of related experience in CADD/BIM environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Cross-discipline coordination across architecture, structures, transportation, and MEP into federated models.
• Model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks; resolve conflicts early.
• Establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards and workflows across offices.
• Mentor production staff and provide design sketches for deliverables.
• Coordinate model health, versioning, and interoperability with Autodesk toolset.
• Interface with clients, agencies, and subconsultants on deliverable requirements.
