Job summary

Coforge is hiring an Intelligent Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate. You will build intelligent workflows leveraging Agentic AI and integrate AI/ML models into automation platforms.

Responsibilities include developing scripts in Python/PowerShell, ensuring scalable and secure automation, and collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams with DevOps and CI/CD practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven automation solutions.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, design patterns, and automation best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience with UiPath AI Center for integrating Machine Learning models into automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform AI capabilities, including AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI integrations.
