• Direct customer-facing experience in a discovery capacity to understand customer challenges and identify potential opportunities while building customer relationships.
• Well-rounded technology consulting experience including the ability to define, document, and analyze user requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training.
• Experience with Jira.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Federal Secret security clearance.
