Job summary

Everforth ECS in Alexandria, VA seeks an Intelligence/Targeting Mission Integrator to bridge intelligence and targeting efforts in an onsite capacity. The role translates intelligence support into actionable technical requirements and leads mission integration for Entity Level Target Development.

The ideal candidate will map data sources to targeting outputs, coordinate with government and IC partners, and oversee end-to-end workflow development, testing, and fielding of AI-enabled capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant operational experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 6+ years of experience in intelligence, targeting, or related HQ/staff roles.
• Ability to work onsite at Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities

• Translate intelligence-to-targeting workflows into engineering requirements.
• Prioritize capability increments with government leads while ensuring traceability.
• Evaluate approaches and identify risks, dependencies, and automation opportunities.
• Map intelligence sources to targeting outputs.
• Coordinate with intelligence, data owners, fires, and platform teams.
• Maintain knowledge of MSS and integrate data sources and tools.
• Plan governance, synchronization activities, and customer engagements; travel as needed.
• Establish feedback loops and measure mission impact across timeliness and data quality.
• Define AI-enabled workflow requirements, including LOAC and ROE constraints.
• Develop operational test scenarios and user acceptance activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
