Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ashville, OH (with 3-month training in Santa Ana, CA) seeks a Production Program Manager to lead high-volume, security-focused manufacturing programs and coordinate across engineering, supply chain, operations and finance to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate will use data to drive process optimization, scale production, and ensure manufacturability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in operations program management or related roles.
Experience with manufacturing environments and production processes.
Experience launching new products with tight timelines.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) and tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt Charts).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Act as a cross-functional program lead to drive production ramp and efficiency improvements.
Drive cost control and budget management for projects.
Develop data-driven reporting on KPIs, OKRs, risks, and mitigations.
Be production's point of contact for changes to existing products and new products.
Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality and finance.
