Job summary

Inflow is seeking a Senior-level Team Lead in Fairfax County, VA to guide intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination for government customers. You will supervise a team and deliver briefings while ensuring secure metadata handling across domains.

Qualifications include active Top Secret / SCI clearance with CI poly, and extensive experience with DoD/IC intelligence operations.

Qualifications

Clearance Requirements

Active Top Secret / SCI clearance is required. You must be willing to take and pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination.

Responsibilities

Using your expertise in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination, you will support government and military stakeholders so that intelligence professionals worldwide have access to the right data at the right time. Your duties will include:

  • Prepare and process the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains
  • Manage the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites
  • Log potential inadvertent security incidents and maintain site SOPs
  • Ensure the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata
  • Use government‑specified tools to generate and modify product metadata
  • Perform cross‑domain product dissemination on approved networks
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications – Team Lead (Senior‑Level)

Senior‑level qualifications as listed below, plus:

  • 4+ years leading a team and managing subordinates in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Experience with complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross‑domain operations
  • Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as SOPs, and produce reports that incorporate text and graphics to convey complex concepts
  • Understanding of metadata
  • Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks
Qualifications – Senior‑Level

Mid‑level qualifications as listed below, plus:

  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience (total 17 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline; OR Associate’s degree with 12 years of experience; OR High School Diploma with 15 years of experience
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
  • At least 12 years of related experience, with a portion within the last 2 years
  • 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • In‑depth knowledge of activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursuit of developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
  • Ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address high‑level tasks
  • In‑depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge‑management issues across organizational and intra‑IC boundaries, clearly articulating key findings
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
  • Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products
Qualifications – Mid‑Level
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance and willingness to take/pass a CI polygraph examination
  • At least 8 years of related experience, with a portion within the last 2 years
  • 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills
  • Ability to communicate understanding from incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and technically advanced information
  • Ability to structure analysis based on reporting trends and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
  • Ability to collaborate and share information, drive collection, and resolve analytic disputes and conflicts
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence; demonstrates leadership in researching multifaceted or critical problems
  • Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies
  • Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives
  • Knowledgeable in the conduct of intelligence operations and battalion, brigade, and division‑level intelligence operations and production cycles
