Job summary

Intelligence Reports Officer

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Cherokee Preting is seeking an Intelligence Reports Officer to support multi-discipline reporting operations.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Supports multidiscipline intelligence reporting operations for USSOCOM.
  • Formally serializes information and multi-disciplined intelligence gleaned from collection platforms, operations, and Captured Enemy Material (CEM) exploitation.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years intelligence, analytical, or investigative experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five (5) years at the operational level.
  • Skilled in the preparation of proposed releases of United States Message Text Formats (e.g., Intelligence Information Report (IIR), General Text (GENTEXT), etc.) resulting from data collected throughout the USSOCOM.
  • Highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Possess strong writing/editing skills and be capable of effectively accomplishing intelligence products and assessments.
  • Have a Field Reporter Number (FRN) and provide if known.
  • Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI adjudicated.
  • Must possess a valid US passport.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable.
  • Must be able to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract.
  • Ability to maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
