Job summary

Cherokee Insights, part of Cherokee Federal, seeks an All Source Intelligence Analyst SME to support a USSOCOM program. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizen or LPR, and extensive experience in all-source intelligence.

Salary is commensurate with experience; on-site in Homestead, FL. Responsibilities include fusing multi-discipline intelligence, producing analyses and briefings, mentoring junior analysts, and leveraging advanced tools such as Palantir, FADE MIST, and ArcGIS.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Minimum ten years of all-source intelligence experience.
  • Minimum five years with national-level agencies (NSA, CIA, or DIA).
  • At least three years in intelligence support to special operations.

Responsibilities

  • Fuse intelligence across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber.
  • Produce high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
  • Lead portfolio analytic efforts and mentor analysts.
  • Apply proven analytic techniques and tools.
  • Prepare and present formal or informal briefings.

Job description

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Cherokee Insights is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst SME to support our USSOCOM program.

All Source Intelligence Analyst SME Responsibilities Include:
  • Research, identify, and fuse available intelligence from all intelligence disciplines - HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber, and military reconnaissance
  • Produce intelligence products, to drive the intelligence cycle, to collaborate with counterparts in the Intel Community, to inform current/future operations, and to advise operational decision-makers.
  • Serve as the lead analyst and technical expert with primary analytic responsibility over their assigned portfolio and may mentor/guide more junior analysts.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in proven analytic techniques and current analytic tools.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in producing high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, papers, presentations) and can prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Active TS/SCI Security clearance
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of all-source intelligence analyst experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working for or with national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
  • A minimum three (3) years of experience and knowledge in the area of intelligence support to special operations.
  • Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of current experience and knowledge of analytic tools developed within the last five (5) years.
  • At least three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • At least four (4) years of experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of and recent experience with all-source intelligence tools to include the following:
    • Message Traffic Databases. Examples include M3/S3, TAC, NGT/Trident, RMT or others.
    • Fused Intelligence Analysis and Visualization Tools including FADE MIST, Proton, IC Palantir, and Analyst Notebook.
    • Geospatial Analysis Tools, including Google Earth or ArcGIS.
    • SIGINT Analysis Tools, including DataXplorer or ICREACH or Voltron.
    • Proficiency with standard commercial software applications and web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) is also expected.
    • Recent experience with the following specialized tools is highly desired: CHIMERA, SKOPE Suite of Tools, QLIX, and DATAMINR.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
