Job summary

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is seeking an experienced Intelligence Program Administrator to plan, develop, and organize intelligence projects for ACTIC. The role requires sound judgment, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with law enforcement partners to meet community safety priorities.

Primary duties include administering ALEAT/ALEAA, ensuring compliance with 28 CFR and civil liberties protections, and guiding analytic staff.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in intelligence, criminal justice, criminology, data analysis, or related field.
Minimum five years of professional experience in crime and/or intelligence analysis in a fusion center or with a law enforcement agency, with at least two years in a supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

Updates and administers ALEAT and ALEAA programs.
Coordinates with public safety partners to develop and update production plans.
Ensures compliance with 28 CFR, Civil Rights/Civil Liberties protections, and related statutes.
Provides guidance to leadership and program coordinators.
Reviews products before publication for analytic standards and customer needs.
Oversees information handling and dissemination in fusion center functions.
Monitors information handling and confidentiality.
Supports development of capabilities, processes, and SOPs.
