Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an experienced law enforcement or intelligence management professional for an Intelligence Senior Manager position.

This full-time role at the client site will serve as the Executive Director of the Joint Regional Intelligence Center (JRIC) in Norwalk, CA, overseeing all aspects of the center and acting as the primary contact for federal, tribal, state, local, and private sector executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree in a relevant field is desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in law enforcement/intelligence community, including 10 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proven leadership and experience managing multi-agency law enforcement, intelligence, or fusion center environments.
• High level of strategic thinking and planning with ability to envision and convey the organization’s strategic future.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with federal, state, local, and tribal public safety agency executives.
• Active Secret security clearance; Top Secret eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate all aspects of JRIC operations, including resource allocation, organizational structure, product quality, and collection and use of threat information.
• Coordinate threat liaison officer training, critical infrastructure protection, intelligence and analysis programs.
• Develop and maintain extensive federal, tribal, state, and local contacts to determine client agency needs.
• Represent the JRIC at intelligence-related meetings and briefings for executives and senior officials.
• Develop evaluation criteria, annual performance goals, and prepare governance reports.
• Manage contractors and employees assigned to the JRIC.
