Job summary

NATECH is seeking an experienced Task Manager to support IC/DoD programs, combining day-to-day task execution with active participation in proposal development. The ideal candidate brings deep mission knowledge and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while writing clear, compliant proposals.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute tasks, maintain IMS and risk registers, coordinate resources, and support capture and proposal activities to position the company for follow-on work.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed in the job posting.
• 5+ years supporting IC or DoD programs in task/program management or operations.
• 3+ years of government contract proposal writing experience.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and IC procurement processes.
• Proficient in MS Office; SharePoint experience.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical content into clear written narratives.
• Excellent verbal communication and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned IC/DoD tasks within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as primary government customer POC for day-to-day task order activities.
• Develop and maintain IMS, task trackers, risk registers, and status reports.
• Coordinate resources, personnel, and sub-contractors across concurrent tasks.
• Facilitate IPTs, TEMs, and generate action items and briefing materials.
• Monitor program performance metrics and elevate issues proactively.
