Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an Intelligence Oversight (IO) Analyst - Mid Level to join our team in Arlington, VA supporting the National Guard Bureau/J2. The IO Analyst will serve as an Intelligence Oversight Trainer and provide briefing support to NGB/J2 and State staffs.

The ideal candidate has TS clearance with SSBI eligibility, a strong background in DoD IO policies, and experience briefing intelligence products. Travel to states for IO training and inspections is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SSBI eligibility for SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of related experience.
• Experience authoring and briefing intelligence products.
• Background in DoD IO policies and procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide IO trainer support to the NGB/J2 and states.
• Travel to states to assist with Staff Assistance Visits, IO Inspections and IO Training.
• Serve as SME on IO matters, crisis response and DoD policy.
• Provide IO support to CNGB and NGB JS.
• Review PUM and DILR requests.
• Coordinate with DoD IO Officials.
• Prepare information briefings for the Senior IO Officer.
• Join the IO Initial and Annual IO Refresher briefing teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
